Pull the plugs and take a few pictures. That will tell you alot. The intake manifold looks aftermarket. Oil breather? Thats interesting. Head is nice and clean. Motor might have been rebuilt. Good project. Shouldnt cost to much to get running again. Hell all I do every year is slap new plugs in it and get a shit load of carb choke cleaner in them and work my majic.
