*SOLD*
**Bike is in the getting a new front and rear sprocket and a new chain (full kit). I decided to just go ahead and do it all at once to ensure everything was tip top. All work is being done at Cycle Nation in Braselton, GA.
Kit should be at the shop in the next couple days where my bike is waiting on it, thursday or friday im hoping to have it back and ready for anything you can throw at it.
I'd like to get $1700 for it. Thats with a $180 chain/sprockets kit and around 100 bucks worth of labor at CN.
1993 yamaha FZR 600R
It isn't quite all stock... Pics are below, here's a few specs on her.
*630cc big bore kit w/ wiesco piston
*mild cam
*Header and full vance and hines race exhaust
*stage 3 jet kit
*K&N Intake filter
*Barnette clutch
*stiffer sprigs front and rear
*heavy duty front shock oil
*Aftermarket Front Steering Dampner
*Fox rear shock dampner
*EBC green pads and new front rotors with 2k miles on them.
*The front rotor is designed so that if one side fails, the other still works, so in such a situation, you can still stop. Sometimes Custom is good!
The entire drivetrain was gone through at 8k miles by the yamaha tech who owned it. It damn sure feels like it too!
**The tire on the rear has less than 500 miles on it and was installed at Cycle Nation in Braselton
** BRAND NEW front and rear sprockets and chain being put on this week
15,xxx miles. Not bad for a '93.
It rides great. Runs Great. It's just great dammit!
The body is not perfect. Though it is almost. Just a couple cracks in the front fairing, which of are VERY minimal and easy to fix. And a few scratches here and there.
There might be something im forgetting, but that's all i can remember at the moment...
It's pretty fast for an old bike. Actually, for a 1993 600, it's really fast. It's just as fast (if not a tad little bit faster) than my good friends 2005 yzf 600R.
***PRICE*** $1700. I want suspension for my car and what i need is being held back by this hanging out in my garage. I have $3400 in it now and im taking a huge hit but sometimes thats how it works when you want something else.
