All 89-90 HB are SEs! Only 91-93 did nissan put trim on the HB has Base/XE and SE!
ive seen pignoses with SE trim and SOHC motors. With the stock SE markings. I dont know why someone would put that much work to turn a chuki into a zenki, so Im thinking your idea is out of the window. no offense.
