Default FS: 1994 Acura Integra GSR

I've stumbled upon a run of bad luck and it looks like I'm gonna have to part with my Integra for now.

    1994 Acura Integra GSR
    Clean title
    Color: Paradise Blue-Green Pearl
Interior: Black with grey cloth seats
    B18C1 5-speed
Options: sunroof, a/c, cruise control, power everything
    Mileage: 208k
    VIN on request

I've kept maintenance records on it for the entire time I've had it. It has never broke down on me or left me stranded anywhere in the nearly 4 years I've owned it. I also have a Car-Fax Report that I ran on the car before I purchased it that you can have if you'd like.

The clutch was starting to get weak at 186k so I replaced it with an ACT HDSS mated to an ACT Prolite Flywheel. At this time I also freshened up the head and replaced the timing belt and water pump. The car also has Energy Suspension Motor Mount inserts which gives a very direct feel yet does cause a few rattles here and there.

The wheels are the stock Fat-Fives with Falken Azenis 205/50/15.

I had the entire driver's side, front bumper, wing, and side mirrors repainted about 3 years ago.
CV axles were replaced 15k miles ago.
Radiator replaced with all-metal dual-core unit 9k miles ago.
Full tune-up was given 3500 miles ago.
The brake pads and rotors up front were changed less than 100 miles ago. The rears I replaced with Autozone rotors and EBC Green Stuff pads 12k miles ago.

I will try to list everything I know that keeps this car from being mint:
Dent in roof on the passenger side. I'm not sure how it happened, it's always been there as long as I've had it.
Clear coat on front passenger fender starting to peel.
Average dings and chips from being 13 years old.
The a-pipe rattles at around 3200 RPMs. Very common on the stock 94-99 GSR header.
There is a belt that squeals every once in a while. It does it so infrequently that I haven't been able to track down which one yet.
I have to add about a quart of oil a month.

    SOLD

I have to have it sold by next week to pay bills. Now's the time folks. You aren't going to find another near-stock GSR in this shape at this price again for a long time.
