i dont think this is the car you guys are talking about but i was there when he bought the 99 rear bumper from oz and that 99 front bumper jimmy sold powerbyhonda, this car rearly move any where, well kept, he owned for awhile now but its been sittin in his garage longer then he be drivin it.
