UPDATE 1/22
I'm now considering all possible trades as long as it has A/C (or the capability to have it added back if it was taken out...but not if it never came with/had it) and it's a 5 speed. I don't want a gas guzzler or a tank though. Still looking for Civic hatches but I'm open for other stuff now too. I've also added some more pics below...

Good:

• New tires
• Smooth V6!
• Replaced starter.
• Overall very dependable.
• Modifications: (nothing fancy)
  
  • 7% Tint
  • Front Clears
  • Alpine Head Unit
  • Memphis Audio 4X150 amp
  • 17" C2 knockoff styled rims
  • DOT 4 synthetic brake fluid
  • 235/45 General Exclaim UHP tires

Not so good: (see below on these too)

• Scrape on the gas door area (in pics)
• 232K miles but it's in overall great running condition
• Slightly leaks oil (valve covers I believe...doesn't hardly affect oil level though...I just see small spots under it. Planning on fixing...see below)
• Leather has hardened some and driver side front bottom is a bit torn up (can get a pic...needs conditioning a few times to soften it back up)

I was planning on taking care of the leather condition, valve cover gaskets and clean out the EGR and TB as well as change the plugs, test out the KS, and clean up the engine bay here soon (proactive tune-up/maintainence).

I would like to trade for a 5 speed Civic hatch or possibly a coupe (will consider other trades too though). Would like to have A/C and full interior as this will be my daily driver replacement. Not wanting to sell outright but will if price is right (let's say 4K OBO...).

I'm not really wanting to loose the Maxima as it's a very nice DD but since I only have one car now, I wanted something a bit more fun to drive (5 speed) and more economical at the same time (better gas mileage and easier/cheaper to find parts for and work on...I know Hondas pretty well).
