    You should get your roommate to Wash and Vac his car. A clean car shows a potential buyer that the car was taken care of some what. You keep a car dirty then a buyer is naturally to assume that other things werent taken care of such as oil changes and other routine maintaince. He's more likely to get an offer he'll like.

    I've been on him to keep it clean. But he really does keep on top of the upkeep of the car. He's anal about that. Oil changes on time etc....bump it up.
