ROn is OBLIGATED to say the car will NOT MEET EMISSIONS because this car makes over 400whp and probably DOESNT PASS.
It is ILLEGAL to sell a car without a cat or claim it passes emissions if its not able to.
This car is running OBD1 not OBD2
But, ill tellyou right now, 99% of the cars WE (MSPi) work on dont pass emissions, there are ways around it, and there are ways to pass legally for the day you NEED to pass.
Buy the car, and you CAN get it to pass emissions, EASILY. OBD2 is the EASIEST TO PASS. if you need help PM me an ill tell you how to do it.
Ron has to say the car is for offroad use only because thats him protecting himself. you sell this car to some 16 yer old kid and their mom gets upset because it doesnt pass emissions, then he has to protect against that.
