    i have answered this alot.. -__- i wrote it up on the first page.. it closes ALL the way and locks! the problem is the bumper bracket.. isn't oem and took work to get it to work.. either get the oem or mess around with the current bumper bracket.. the driver side needs to come up about an half an inch or so.. ive been up to 100mph the hood was fine.
