I wasn't trying to beat a certain time when I was replacing my clutch&fly.. Average labor time for an Evo is about 10-12hrs..I was outta state on & off during the season so I did the whole process with separate intervals.. Couple hours a day and then another couple hours another day. I didn't keep track of my time because I wasn't in a rush. I had a backup car anyways and besides, it saves you money during the times you DON'T drive an Evo. Patience is a virtue.
