Every single light on the inside of my car is on, Traction control light is on even when I turn it off, and all my battery lights, passenger seat belt lights, airbag, oil light, water temp light... everything. The inside of the car looks like a big christmas tree there are so many damn lights on.

it sounds like you might have some basic problem with your computer. Do you have a BCC spliced into it? Maybe the harness is loose or something minor like that.
also, one thing to check...and it sounds really silly...is to check the battery voltage. supras are really finicky about battery voltage, and the computer will not allow the car to run if the system voltage is low. usually though, the car wont even attempt to crank if thats the issue. Ive been stranded in two different supras because the battery started loosing charge and it wouldnt even attempt to start.
