Since there is no real value in having him here if he cant race his car, his existence on IA is not needed. when his car is back up an running an he wants to race, perhaps ill give him a stay of execution to run a few people.

But i will say it is HILARIOUS how worked up everyone gets when hes around LOL
If this were the case, why doesn't it apply to Organization whatever, or others? He doesn't race. So, where is the value of having him on here, as you stated for thacker?
