No offense against the Endeavor (I know a chick who drives one, so I have to be nice ), but the person driving the Spec V was either:
1. Running on 3 cylinders
2. Didn't know how to race (upshifts at 4000rpm........?)
3. He/she was just fucking with you, because how else would you explain a SUV that clocks 9.5 seconds 0-60 beating a car that does 7.3 sec 0-60.
Oh, and don't tell me you pulled a Spec V at higher speed (up to 120, huh? Maybe your wife was driving the Evo and pushing you from behind....... )

I don't have a Spec V, but a friend of mine does. All it has is a 8hp intake.
I'm pretty sure I can borrow it one night if you wanna run it with the Endeavor (And while we're racing, I'll make sure I have a passenger to get a vid of the tach on the Spec V to show the upshifts at a maximum of 5500 rpm in every gear ).

What do you say?

BTW, you have to be a crazy ass doing 120 in an Endeavor (however long it took to get from 90-120, I don't know ).

Maybe number 2, but he punched it at the light as did I and I pulled a car on him. Then when we were on the highway he tried to do the ricer flyby and I punched it again and we went at it up to 120mph where my limiter kicked in and I had 1 car on him.

We both slowed down and did another run from 65-120 again with the same results. We did a 3rd run with the same results and both shut down at 120mph with him behind by just over 1 car.

On the 4th run, he got the jump from 80mph and by 120mph(limiter) I caught back up to him but couldn't make a pass because of the limiter.
