3.42 stock. when i went into 5th which is one of my overdrive gears you started to pull me. im guessing with a taller gear i can pull out alittle more in 5th.

yeah u right but it will kill u top speed .... i dont think u can do more then 140 mph with the 4.10 or maybe iam wrong.

Bmoore: 5th gear is overdrive.. sucks ass unless you put gears in, still sucks with gears, but not as bad. It's just not made for acceleration.. your car is clearly got more power/pull, even on topend.. the only thing holding you back is the 5th gear gearing.. I ran 4.30's with a 7k redline, and I topped out way up there.. up to like 170-ish, but I never tested it past 145-150. With 4.10's and a 6100 redline, your still good for 155-160 on stock-ish sized tires.
You probably already knew that, but just some advice from someone who has been there.
What is "more" exactly, just out of curiosity.

yea i know 5th and 6th are overdrive gears. i really dont plan on going into 5th that much while racing anyways. the 4.10s will help reguardless. atleast it will get me to 5th alittle bit faster. i ment "more" as in higher rpm when in 5th. it seemed like as soon as i shifted into 5th i dropped to 3000rpm and was slowly pulling.
