I guess people are just afraid to lose. Whats the purpose of putting all the time and money in a car just to talk shit and back down from races? I could care less if I win or lose its all in good fun. I truely belive that Thackers car is easily capable of dragging Jeremy's 240 down the road but he does not have the nutts to run. I guess we will never know for sure.He doesn't want ot run me or anyone else. He just talks about how fast it is but never races just like a bunch of other people on this website. The improvement it gives depends on where you start as far as 1/4 mile times.
If it goes from 15 sec to 14 sec then it's definately weak, but when it goes from 12 sec to 11 sec it's nothing to sneeze at.

Ok I remember James saying something about Thacker running the green 325 and wanting to run the 240 - Jeremy is his name I guessing after reading 30+ pages haha.
I've had previous experience with Thacker. He used to always roll through Starbucks revving his motor and what-not and giving it one good rev before he shut it off. He always talked shit about everyones car...till Jake showed up with his Supra. They agreed to a dig...ALL 3!! times Jake beat him by at least a .5 C/L, and all Jake had was a BPU setup, nothing fancy at all. Of course when I called Thacker out on it he came back with the usual excuses of "My clutch was overheating and slipping" and my favorite considering he was on 305 555R's "I have bald tires".....freakin' idiot you have drag-radials on the back when Jake is running just normal radials, nothing special. We have video of the races too for proof, I just have to get ahold of a friend that actually has the tape. After that night I haven's seen him since, yet on every board he seems to run his mouth. One day he'll eventually learn!

I heard about that race.. That was when thacker had exhaust and drag radials only.
I guess that happened pretty much the way I'd expect it to. BPU Supra runs pretty good with a stock-ish ls1.

Everybody says Thacker doesn't have the nuts to run.. but they raced last weekend, and they plan on racing this weekend? Is this not quick enough? Why would Thacker not race? His car on the spray is faster than most of the cars he is actually racing.. Notice how you don't see him racing faster cars. That's not very profitable
