silver s2k a few weeks ago

anybody know who drives a silver s2k with likely a blower?

we saw this guy as we were caravaning through downtown on 75/85S near the North Ave exit (teal eg and red evo) and he did a drop gears and flyby on the evo for no apparent reason... As the evo was the follow car, he didn't give chase, but we are wondering what is in the s2k as it seemed quite stout.

He duct taped a whistle under his bumper and put in a K n N air filter, nothing special.
