    Disagree...and I have a pretty quick vette.

Ever see a Honda hatch w/a turbo...they dont start pulling till 120 mph...lol

Hp vs Aerodynamics vs weight....I take hp and weight all the time...aero helps but 300whp and 2000lbs is a deadly combo

You know it takes more than a 40 roll to beat a vette....

Not saying that they pulled me...but they are quick when really modified due to their weight and traction...they usually cant catch traction till 70+mph....so when they can put 300-350 whp to the ground in 2000lbs then the sucker starts to move.

I havent lost to one yet..but then again I havent ran a truly legit quick one...most of the ones I have encountered have been sub 300whp and usually I dont run....they want to so they can see how they would fair...I usually wont waste my gas....

Mowe, you kinda sound like a friend of mine.. thinks his supra(475rwhp) and 3800-4000lbs with driver, thinks i am wasting his time for a friendly run.

Granted i would be wasting your time.
Let me rephrase that...I dont waste my gas on cars that I know I will win against....now granted there are "sleepers" but in MOST cases you can tell whats what and if its gonna be in the ball park...I am not the car to measure how you would do against....I dont want to waste my time w/that kind of stuff....Your friends car is a little heavy..I am about 600-700 lbs lighter w/more whp so ....althought it isnt hard for him to jump 50-100 whp at a time..lol

I am not quite sure if he has to do with weight or the suspensions....but even supras have trouble at 3500lbs and 600whp...they dont hook very well under 70mph either....some cars do and others dont..have to ask a civic expert on that one.
