What started this whole thing was him racing a friend, who has a eg coupe with a ls with a ebay kit on 10psi( untuned) He beat that car from a roll by over a length, but sayed the car was catching back up to him slightly when they shut it down.
Mods for the eg hatch
Ls motor with ls tranny, Greddy manifold, garrett 18g(6psi), fmic, dsm bov, dsm injectors, walbro 255, 2.5 map sensor, chipped ecu(phearable.net), wideband( 11.2-.5 afrs under wot), 3in turbo back exhaust, coilovers, gsr far fives with some 205/50/15 nitto geo gens
Mods for the gt
Steeda intake, trick flow plenum, professional products polished intake, exhaust, gears and some magnesium forged 5 spokes wheels, springs, sct tuned.
I let him pick the roll and we went from there. I made sure he geared down and was in it, before i punched it. Each time was around 45 or so and put me in 2nd gear. As soon as we would hit it i would jump out .5-.75 car everytime. We would shut down around 110 or so and it would still be the same. He said every he would start to slightly pull at the end of the run, but didn't have enough. I was suprised at the outcome, figuring i would get raped on the initial hit. Little ole honda runs out pretty good. Time for a retune and about 10-12psi( max for me) and should be really fun.
