In my experience when someone says "draggin you down the 1/4 mile" I immediately think of the track. Typical street races from a dig are usually 1/8 mile in my experience around here...

We can change that you don't me, I don't know you either. I've only lived here a couple years. I'm from KY. Been at it for a while now building my car. I'm on several other forums like kyhorsepower.com, modded mustangs, corral, svt. I'm just looking to get to know some of you and have some fun cause I miss the scene in ky.

In my experience which is pretty extensive, we race till someone wins, in a safe manner. If its only an 1/8 that determines that then so be it. But with high Hp cars, that means some may be fast on the big end and catch you past the 1/8 and if a car is running you down and one lets out of it before the the 1/4 on a money race. $h&t gonna hit the fan cause I would be pissed if you let out on me cause you got out on me on dig.
