Lol I just had my first good wreck, 4 wheel slide off the track with a good flip to top it off. I dislocated my shoulder,broke a few ribs, bruised a kidney. All that good stuff.I used to race go-carts, if only my balls were that big again...
Just for fun....Nitrous is technically considered forced induction. A Turbo or supercharger compresses the air and pushes it in mechanically....nitrous essentially does the same thing chemically. That said it sure isn't the first thing I think when I hear forced induction.
Typically forced induction triggers supercharger or turbocharger thoughts, but as you stated it is forced.

any intake forces air in you re-re, once open it lets in oxygen, nozz is compressed oxygen... Its a Compressor!! Put a boost gauge on ITB's I'm sure you can pull atleast a pound or two going down the track at 100+ Mph... lol

I feel since its under pressure, and is forced into the intake, or cylinders by pressure then its forced. Others feel different.

by that logic, every fuel injected engine is forced induction... injectors are under pressure and when opened they are forced into the engine... my train of thought is that the nitrous, like fuel, is still sucked into the engine via vacuum, but i guess this could be an infinant discussion...

LOL....Tru. but when the bottle runs out all you have is your turbo/supercharger. I've never liked the idea that you are only fast as long as the bottle is full. One your empty its a wrap. I prefer fast cars that are fast all the time. Not just for 3-5 runs.
