350z v SRT-4

a. or atleast every enthusiast knows that the SRT4 is under-rated from factory, therefore making it a mystery on the street. numerious magazines/people/shops have put these cars on a dyno and they almost put down to the ground what dodge rates them at CRANK.

i dont think 350z's are over-rated, i hate to magazine race (even though some magazines have ran semid mid-high 13's in Z's), i have seen plenty of stock Z's do 13.6 @ 103ish (of course.. most people hit 14.0's) from a strong torquey smooth v6, with handleing that rivals cars twice its cost = not over-rated, from a street racing point of view you could fight an argument though.. the Z does not impress many in straight line, however the car loves highway speeds 70mph+ and most people dont run them at those speeds, im sure anyone whos had some roll on fun on a hwy with a Z would say its not too shabby, but dont call it over-rated or use the term "over-rated" only a real enthusiast can use those terms, and only a fucking ricer would think what defines a true "sports" car is how fast it is in a straight line.. which is obviously NOT what the Z was designed for.

i have to agree 350z arn't over rated by anymeans... there not the fastest thing on the road but its a much much better car than an neon. and are a blast to drive. srt-4 is just a fast fucking neon thats all. if you wouldn't by a neon why by an srt-4? same damn car. its like a wrx and sti. one is slower than the other but its still an wrx at the end of the day

see all dude had to do was be nice about it the other dude just flew off the handle. and i "regity realize" after he said that it was pretty true it wasnt overrated i think there was alota hype behind b/c of it being the knock off US skyline from the other US skyline g35. but dont get me wrong now the srt is a fast car for the money its not a bad price to pay...i wouldnt buy one but i'd take a freebie

this dude is a moron...

the g and z have the same motor and same internals...the g is listed as a luxury coupe and has less the racing heritage then the z (aka z is two seater for starters). The G is also heavier and slower then the Z. Its not a matter of which is better, they have different markets. Also, your a fag for saying the g is the us version of a skyline, since the internals havent even been offically released yet how can you say that. All thats been concluded (not even confirmed thru nissan) is that the skyline is going to be marketed under the infiniti emblem...so when you come down to it at the end of the day an infiniti is still a nissan...a g is still a z

agreed! SRT shouldnt catch SO MUCH SLACK i mean i kno im going to get flamed for saying this but in essence the SRT is the best bang for the buck but personally i wouldnt want to pay $20 g's for a car doing 14 flat and 13.9 stock when i can get a civic/integra/accord to do the same for under 20 g's. but SRT have caught the devil since they have come out.
