Seriously, not joking, I have a question.
How does the shop have the back of someone that they aren't sponsoring?
I'm guessing that you aren't driving for him, you're not supplying him tires, you aren't buying him parts, right?
Perhaps you are filling his bottle for free? Perhaps use of some tools? That's the only things that came to my mind.

I hear people's friends always say that they have their back, but in racing like this, there isn't a lot of opportunity to provide any support.
I'm not being derogatory or inflamatory, just asking what it means to a shop/you when you say you've got their back.

I'll be honest, I've had people say they had my back, but no one has ever helped where they weren't getting paid for it. And that is perfectly fine also.

After Moseley comes Stretch, then whenever i come back in town with my hatch i want some, then i got a buddy in KY that wants some, then i got another buddy here in a heavier chassis car but with a K that want some, then i got another buddy in FL(that i could convince to come up here) that wants some and got a little baby K that'll be ready to "hatch" in the coming months that gonna want some too!

I change shift linkages quite often but the tranny works fine lol. I think people mess there cable shift linkage up then mess up the trannys instead of understanding that they stretch and frey so when you start having problems replace the damn linkage before you destroy your tranny lol.

I have one guy that everytime he messes his shift linkage up i have to replace the tranny to he destroys all of it at once lol.

I've been on this site for 3 1/2 years and back Then it was a bunch of cool people with all types of cars!! We had top ten cars that actually raced on IA an had a format to race by an I was one of them but Guess they all were ran off By the imports an the owners

Ive been on more in the last 2 months posting threads etc etc trying to meet new people, have fun, an run my car win or lose...

For some reason I haven't ran or met anyone on this site or out at the weekend spots / meets???

Just sayin Its always All talk on IA !!! All the haters gotta hate right??

Boosted347- no hustle here everyone knows my car is a 100% street car an they were atleast 15 people at the dyno when it put down 4xx on the max N20 shot my car would hold because mine has high miles from being a daily driver for 10 years and needed to have a really really safe tune put on it. it's just a fun light car to play with u don't need million hp to win races just a little and drive great but these cars even a low mile ls1 can only handle 500 hp max with stock clutch, fuel system, an bottom end!!!!

I would love to have more power but spending 10-20 grand to reach 600+ range is crazy ! Maybe christmas Santa will bring a new longblock

3-4 years ago the scene was definitely "better" in terms of cars, turnouts, runs etc.

yea, i know what you mean. i miss when the kf was actually fun. there were 25+ people who were always up for some fun runs, win or lose all that happened was some people had a little shit talk and a fun night. I remember when any given weekend you would have meets with 50+ people and all the faster guys on ia would meet up like you, me, brad lankhoss(bluec6z), marshell(orange c6), ronnie(c6z), charles(blue evo) matt(yellow z06, white firehawk) jon(red gto, white camaro) justin(silver z06) rick( cobra), dave(280z) chris(tt white camaro) clark(supra),brandon(mustang gt),bstone(vette, s2k) and so many more. we had tons of races every weekend to talk about. 90% of the guys on here now couldnt touch any of the cars just listed
