    I asked did your car ever pull back on him gregg ? I cant see in the video and id like to know . I agree there is a huge difference in the five and six speed tranny (ive stated that) but your not talking about changing trannys your talking about starting 5 miles an hour faster just not going to make even a car length differnce sorry ive done enough racing to make that opion. I have no doubt that you will tweak your car and get faster im not doubting that at all man its a beast . Im just saying like these two cars sit that night ill beat whatever you want your car will lose if you start 5 or even 15 miles and hour faster simple as that . Do you make less hp at higher rpms ? Of course not so when you gain rpms he gains rpms so when you gain power he gains power man . Ive looked at your dyno sheet you dont have a place were you have a 30hp dipp thats magicaly holding you back and if you can just get past it you will win its not there just stating my opion. if you want to beat him buy a 6 speed trany or a lower diff for yours. Now guys are running 10s (jonathan monopar) with 450hp WITH A B16 TRANNY. Gearing is everything buy a six speed or lower diff and realy see what your car doing. You make 30 more hp you should be able to give him his sweet spot and come around him . Im sure with his 2.0 bottom end that he is reeving the piss out it wich is lengthening his sort gears while you have a longer geared tranny and a 2.4 bottom end so im sure your not making power as high as he is . I could be wrong about that statement but i doubt it . Id like to see his dyno chart and im sure with a smaller stroke he is making peak hp about 500rpms higher then you are .     That's cool who said I was bringing my hatch althought im in the 700+ range to and I don't travel but come on down and we will set something up street tires and pumpgas for the street wastegate for waste gate and amen on that second statement... my car+high boost + race gas equals go nowhere on the highway

    I could deffently tell by the tourqe it was a k20. I also saw were he started to pull back till you get to higher rpms . Im just wondering if he was reveeing the k20 past were it made its power trying to shift were you did . Thats just what it looked like to me not that you can tell much by a video but if he would have shifted a little sooner in the k20 hatch i think it would have been closer who knows though . If you dont mind me asking what tranny plus final are you reeving in the ls vtec hatch and what rpms are you reveeing to ,you can pm it if you want but id realy like to know lol looked sick though

    Listen to the sound & the way the motor revs out in the videos that 1civic posted compared to the sound at the end of the video Moseley posted (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ipc4zmVeRGY). Think about the difference in the way the engine sounded then vs. now.

    i want you to bring the block by the shop . I just think it was making to much power and running to good to have dropped a sleeve . I would have had the block milled and put it back together and i bet it would have been fine just my opion. When you put the new head gasket on and had the head milled did you atleast check the block with a strait edge ? I just hate to see you tear your shit apart man when i know how hard you worked on it. Ill be glad to help you get it apart and get the block milled and put it back together if you want me to.

    If you have an open engine stand, once i get it out the car and head off i will bring it by and we will see whats up with it if thats cool

    But i dont have the extra money to rebuild it just flat out right now. I sold my turbo kit to fund this simple little all motor setup to have some fun while i save a little and build another bottom end. The wedding is what is holding me back right now
