If you are serious, I can get this setup. We will get them to run at Twiggs - which is close to you. Heads up, one pass, 1/8 mile, run what you brung. Do you have the cash? This car doesn't run for any little amounts like $300. If it comes off the trailer, it is to run for real money. I'll have to check with him to see what his minimum would be.

Hey david you cant say that he is the slowest his "boys" could have some v6 mustangs that would be a little, not to much, slower than his...and houston you really dont need to be thinkin that your all motor 2v is gonna run with a blown fox ill try and put this in perspective for you
1. He weighs a good 400 lbs less than you
2. If you are a really really all out all motor build you might, just maybe be 400 hp
3. You have a 2v, a pushrod 302 will drag your shit all over no matter the race

Im a 5.0 fan also but I gotta be biased towards the 4v 4.6 just a little......we can all agree it is superior to the 2v and non-PI 2v 4.6's should never even be considered.

they tried to make it better with the PI motor. IMHO the 4v should have been the gt motor all along and the early mod motor cobras/mach 1 should have got what the 03/04 cobra got. The 03/04 cobra should have got a version of the 5.4 that the lightning got. the 05 and up could have gotten the 3v still or even the coyote. If this had happened ford would have kept the stang competitive all along.

chouston couldn't keep up with an N/A rotary.... and I would run the OP, but would have to lose to him because he is in a rotary. Can't have the rotary lose. My old 13b-rew setup made more hp than my foxbody does, and weighed less. My foxbody almost got converted at one point.
