I plan to go to Rockingham as well...and maybe a Gainesville Race...I need to get with some people and see how strict they are, I'm not paying 500$ for a license yet just to use it at one venue.

Gainsville aint strict at all.We went last year too watch a race and few people where running mid 9s with no cage at all. I was kinda shocked becasue that track is super nice... Rockingham im not sure about.
rockingham is IHRA, you can get away with enough.
