Lol to all the K nut sucking in here. Why is it that you all motor guys only go to about 120 and shut it down? Please believe if you would of went to 140 like it should of been done that mirage would of come around you easy. It should of been a 40-140.

Actually you are wrong. The mirage was faster on top end but not like you think, and the hatch can pull to 140 quick enough. Considering that the hatch would put 10+ cars on it from a 40 punch, there's no way it would get run down. Plus that mirage is sketchy as fuck at 130 and somebody is gonna die in it at 140.

The mirage has more power yet taller gears so it is not utilizing its power effectively. Typical for a turbo setup vs NA/spray.

We went 165 in it at IA and it held up pretty good once we gained traction AROUND 120....

....as in where the civic stopped 120......
