Shit, It's pretty much true... the 2011 mustangs V6's have more horsepower then the 3v 4.6s. They arent too much slower...

Almost more power but not quite. the thing thats crazy is the v6's come with a 2.73 gear, imagine how much a 3.73 or 4.10 gear is going to wake that car up.

Actually they have more horsepower. Im sure it's not as torquey but its got more... 4.6 3v had 300hp and 320 lbs of tq. while this 3.7 has 305hp and 280 lbs of tq. Of course the 2010 mustang had 315hp but thats a one year thing. lol. and i didnt know they came with a 2.73 gear? That sucks... but i think you can get an optional gear if you wanted to IIRC.

plus the 4.6's have a hell of alot more potential. granted the v6's can take more boost then the v8s.
