Later on in the night you come back and say you want to do it for fun I said ok....we line up, we go you get about 1/2 a car from the launch i come back quickly in 1rst, 2nd i'm startin to pull, third i'm about a car ahead and all of a sudden I hear you while your in third gear in vtec start loosing traction and scary ass sound sssshhhhhhhhhhhh i was like oh shit here he comes but you couldn't grab traction so the result was me three cars ahead at the finish.

my 2 cents about this race,i was with shane on this night at camp creek.we were trying to set up a race for money with vteckkid in the extra loud crx and he wasn't taking the bait.so shane decided to race the s4 and was gonna let him win just barely so it would look like a good race,but after thay took off shane's car pulled so hard on the s4 he just let out and it looked like the s4 was way faster than it was.this whole race proved to be a big waste of time becouse the crx wouldn't race for any cash,i think i remember vteckidd saying he would race for 20 bucks-lol-that just wasn't enough so we declined to race.the whole reason we went to camp creek that nite was to race vteckidd but as i said he wasn't gonna race for money so shane tried to bait him up with the s4

lol, we can, if I'm ever out and about. I'm a homebody. I drive 60 miles one way to work everyday from McDonough to Milledgeville so by the time I get home I'm ready to not do shit. The last time I went to the track it was an 1/8th, I was making around 150whp and ran 10.02 at 70-72. It's been quite awhile. I can't remember. I've been wanting to get back to the track.
becouse mike wouldn't race for any money,is why shane said that.as far as traction,the car almost always did that and shane would let out and feather it back in,but in order to make it look like the s4 was faster he stayed out of it.

I've really been waiting to get my omnipower coilovers and an engine damper. I'm still on stock suspension and when I am getting on it it dips and bucks like shit and wheel hop is a bitch big time. I think w/ those two adds that I'll be much much quicker. Should be another month or so b/f I've gotten those on. Just saving up the cash.
Well, hopefully by the time Commerce re-opens, I'll have my nitrous kit complete and can use the slicks (need extended lugs and while I'm in there, I want to install a camber kit, change out the ball joints and bushings and then do an alignment). Then I'll also try to fix the restriction in my exhaust and intake too...
I'm hoping for low to mid 13's then...

Talk to mainstream about exhaust. Very nice work, I'm extremely happy with mine. I have a 2.5" header back exhaust w/ no cat. It is dead straight to about the back axle then there's a magnaflow resonator, two slight mandrel bends and a straight through magnaflow muffler. It's a little loud, but everyone that's heard it thinks it sounds really good, got a good mean sound w/o being a fart can sound. Good luck on the nitrous and 13's. Make sure you get a good tune and have plenty of fuel ie: pump,injectors,fpr. Should make a fun ride.
I'll give them a ring when it's time. I won't even go into detail on mine...
BTW, I have fuel rail, pump and fpr (I think the injectors are stock though). I'll definately get it tuned though!

We can race another car I work on, a 03 cobra against spoolins car on the street for 500 this weekend. As far as the Z I decline cause its a 12sec car against a 10sec car. However if you want to run radial tires in a 1/8 we can do that. Its up to you there is my stipulations. why you lying i never jumped and you didnt put water down on the ground, second if you had put water on the ground it would have been gone after the first race, we ran back to back so the second race it would have been dry, but uh, there was not water and you were on drag radial which defeats the purpose of using water because they hook better dry, dont forget evo comes stock with them but i am on street tires, it was not wet at all, the same thing happened when you and hugo ran i guess uh. the first race you beat him he missed second and fourth by the same amount you got me because i bogged second race he beat you and i bet you, I was never five cars in front of you where do you get this stuff from you where never at a dead stop only i was.

it not running nit mike, but mike is right about the times, but when shane was going up and down the street trying to act like he was flying a fighter jet. it had a weird smell like race gasssssssssss. that car has passed us before when we sit on the side and has never smelt like thatthe car was at my house for the past week and i can tell you there is and never was any nitrous on this car.its running a bolt-on twin turbo kit at 10 lbs. the motor is completly stock,doesn't even have a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator....if you think you know so much about this car mike, i'll put 1000 cash up that there is no nitrous and never has been nitrous on this car.we'll go back to the track and run it again,after you do a complete inspection...so put a G up and lets get this over with.

I have a grand right now Brian, however there was race gas in the car, from being at the track eailer that day. On a cold night you put water down, it stays down. I pored a gallon of water down before anyone else got there. Thats why I kept taking the right lane. Like I said If you want to run we can, whenever we can do it on a week night just so there wont be much heat. Now for the reason of putting water down since you dont seem to understand, drag radials hook better hot then cold, however to get them hot enough you have to have water to get them to spin long enough to heat them, something many have not ever had to do, and is probbly imposible in an awd. Now I didnt start this thread or start talking shit, me and you have always got along, mike swore it had nitrous due to the trap speed when it was incorrect, that was modified r's mistake, I just got on here to correct him. Im just a driver, nothing more. But if you want to we can bet on the race, 500 or 1000 doesnt matter, I could use the money anyways. Pm me if you want to set it up, we can do it in a descreat place get in get out.

if that is true, then why was the water not there when the evo and srt-4 ran? I flagged those races each time and i never saw any water. the driver of the Evo can attest to that as well. Even the idiot following behind them taht almost hit me never spun in any water. Also whoever was driving that Gt stang was sure to spin in some water because he was hauling ass up n down that street all night after the evo vs srt races.
you can heat drag radials just spinning them no need for water, I have had to sets of drag radials on the evo so water to dont need, but the water is an excuse because there wasnt any water down there.
