on the bottle wouldnt be worth his time, he would prob destroy me. Off bottle, if its a stock motor with bolt ons would be a good race, if hes got a built motor or something he will kill me .

Is he secretive about his setup ?

He has a k'd 92-95 civic hatch. He is the one that called out us srt-4's on pump gas like NEMO said. I have never seen his car run on motor but it should be a good run between you two motor to motor I would say.

Tonight is the last night on my drag radials, so we can run on street tires if you want. I have access to both but my DR are about gone.

91 HF weighs 2150, i weigh 205lbs. so we are close ot the same weight, i would say within 100lbs of each other, but you have to remember you have a 30 ft/lb TQ advantage over me too (2.0 vs 1.8 and yes i have overlayed our dyno graphs).

Lol dude.. my car is 2400 without me... just shy of 2600 with me in it and I weigh 170 haha

And I probably wont be free till sunday evening.

    You only make 110 torque?

And a 91 CRX HF weighs in at 1967 lbs... where are you getting your information from?

1995 Honda civic EX Curb Weight- 2500 , even a DX weighs 2274lbs

Maybe mine is a DX then, but it depends where you get your info the weight varies from website to website. I know at the scales it was just over 2350 with me in it.

i weigh 205, B series adds 50lbs , wheels weigh more, etc etc etc. So we are are close to 200 lb difference. Thats alot, but generally speaking we are close to the same weight. Its not like im racing collins who drives a sherman tank

As far as the TQ increase, again, stop looking at PEAK numbers, you have roughly a 30ft/lb advantage over me under the curve starting from 3000rpms. sometimes its less, sometimes its more. Thats what having a 2.0l does

How is that going to affect a Roll Race Kidd? When I wont ever be below 6000? So you stop looking at areas that wont even MATTER. Damn I wish I had that 30 extra torque from 3000 rpm ago! Do they make a torque extender so i can use it later?

You already know you will win lol

Heh pretty sure the information most places is pretty consistant. But anyways. I know the motor and tires add weight so if you did pick up 100+ lbs then grats.

do you like hearing the own sound of your voice when you argue?

I said STARTING AT 3000 meaning from the jump you make more power throughout the ENTIRE POWER BAND.

    I make 202/139, you make 194/141

Weight is a disadvantage to you, but then you make more power. Its about as even as you can get given we have different chassis and motor setups. Im not doing this for bragging rights, so i would like a dig and a slow roll.

some places say 1968, some say 1975, some say 1960, some say 1967, SOME 89s weigh more some dont because of the seatbelts in the door.

Is that FULL CURB weight which usually means full tank of gas, etc. Just like your car i found stuff from 2275-2575 for a MANUAL EX.

Lol I never said no. I am just saying that the claims you are making don't even apply and aren't completely correct. If you want to take power figures I don't make more power than you... Unless you wanting to start from 2000RPM... which I highly doubt will Happen. I already TOLD you Sunday night will be the first time I will be free.

Seriously it's like arguing with a brick wall. You don't comprehend what I'm saying so you make stupid assumptions that I then have to explain for 5 pages. But then you don't understand my explanation or you find some one on the Internet and beleive everything you read.

I'm not gonna debate crxs with someone that hasn't owned 20 like I have or debate stupid topics like how to read a dyno graph

you weigh more I make more powering should win. There that ends that

Oh and 89's weigh less due to the added features in the 91's lol So which year do you have? 91 or 89? Either way doesn't matter So you want to set something up Sunday night? Maybe we could put together a little meet or something somewhere up north?

Lol well we already know the outcome of this race so why not at least have some fun before and After?

You obviously don't comprehend what I am saying and Obviously like hearing yourself talk when your trying to say that the power differences at 3000rpm are really going to affect a Roll Race or even a drag race -.- When you're launching 5k +

Grats on the 13.4 btw... You're easily in 12's territory if you are trapping 106. you ran 13.4 at 104... I had a 13.5 at 101 and I shifted to 5th lol.

I never denied that I made more power at 3000 RPM... All I said was that that point is mute because when racing... easpecially with motors that Rev to 9k+ like yours? when are you ever going to be in that part of your power band. That's the point I am trying to make.

    IN CASE YOU MISSED THAT.

You're retarded do you not know what a powerband is? I said starting at 3000rpms. Entire power band means from 3000-8600 where you shift.

ARE YOU RETARDED? lol please... show everyone here where exactly i made a statement that discredited my understanding of a power band...

Do you or do you not agree that power made at 3k RPM has no effect on a roll race where you will only be in the range of 6k-9k RPM? Why do you keep making stupid comments?

Ok let me explain it as simply as possible.

I said you make more power starting at 3000rpms. I said you had a much more powerful powerband. You keep saying that I am somehow stating that you make more power at 3000rpms

you idiot I'm saying starting at 3000 and continuing to redline you make an average of 20-30 more tq than me. I beat you in peak hp but only for about 300rpms

but from 3000-8200 you have more power

of fucking course 3000 -4000 rpms doesn't mean shit in a drag race but I never said it did. I just said that your motor makes more power everywhere over mine

but it's obvious you can't read a dyno or you don't know how to look at area under the curve or what a multiple cells mean.
