PROPS to STONE for accepting a callout. I always give him shit for being a tool, and now I'm giving him props for coming out (i'm an equal opportunist).

Carey went 10.40s and went through 2 trannys - broke the r200 diff twice on a 10.40 tune. Reworked tranny and another diff (I sourced the diff for him here on IA and had shipped to Indy) and now repeatedly runs high 9s (new rear suspension setup) w/out tearing shit up. STONE if your S completes a sub 10.40 pass and or goes faster than 140mph I'll pay for your dinner after the run.

    Again. Props for stepping up.

So, with you in the car, plus the turbo stuff, you should weigh in at around 3000 lbs, right? That's still reasonably light.

Does your car have a cage? If not, it won't pass tech for any NHRA track, right?

Since it is convertible, you have to have a cage for anything in the 13s or lower. You are probably going to have to stick to grudge race tracks. I think that they will let you on still.
