lank, i see where you are coming from, i honestly do....and i'll admit i know nothing about the car, but i've been around racing a long time and i can smell bullshit from a mile away....

i can understand the friend thing, but here's what troubles me....

there is NO proof whatsoever of the car going faster than 11's or 12's depending on who you talk to....not one ounce. Don't you think if he had run his 10's, or high 9's as he claimed to a friend of mine via PM earlier this year, that he would have proof? I guess the next thing you're going to tell me is you believe in aliens as well, b/c that's what it amounts to

everyone on the internet made a huge deal out of inline going into the 9's....but stone does it on some magical night in south georgia and noone catches it, noone knows about it, and he doesn't run his mouth one bit about it? c'mon man, i was born at night, but it wasn't last night...

trust but verify....too bad you can't verify, and i'd sell that s2k as soon as i got it back as well....b/c it ain't going to run what he claims and he knows there a few people that would be coming after that car with nothing to back the claims up

You make far far too many assumptions.

First off, I'm not trying to say his car has been in the 10's. I'm saying that it's absolutely absurd that everyone comes in here and goes "WHERE'S YOUR PROOF PROOF PROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFF?????????????" As if it takes strict documentation to make any kind of claim. Then turn right around and shout that IT IS A COLD HARD FACT that he has never run in the 10's.

And what's their proof? A lack of credible evidence to support the other side, which must immediately mean that it is a complete lie.

What the fuck kind of logic is that?

And just for the record....I've never claimed Btstone ran in the 9's. He told me his numbers one time, and they were believable. Whether 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 seconds is what I find "believable," it doesn't matter. But that still doesn't mean that it's a PROVEN FACT he has not run a 10 second quarter mile pass in his S2000.
