But coming to a public forum to brag about all the big bad supercharged Mustangs that you KNOW NOTHING ABOUT that you whipped, all while downplaying your car as hard as you possibly can, is pretty ricer.

All the shit about the car running like crap and bogging down, not brake boosting, on 205 street tires, referring to your car as "this little Nissan," and be super hyper defensive about your car are all signs of ricerdom.

You tell me that I underestimate Columbus because of all the records that have been set there, then come back to say that a 9 or 10 second car can beat you....but you're faster than 90% of the cars in Columbus. So were these "records" that were set there, made by cars from other cities? Or is a 9 second car considered "record-breaking" in that area? heh

And while you think you have one of the fastest and cleanest cars in Columbus, everyone else is laughing at you for coming to that assumption after pulling a few 13 second Mustangs on the highway one night.
Reporting back what happened is not bragging. I was under the impression that is what the kills forum is for. To post kills. I reported back what happened as accurately as i could..... (on a public forum) and nobody that was there disputed what i reported. A few people confirmed what happened to be true. Obviously i'm happy to have out ran some cars... otherwise i wouldnt have taken the time to post... or wouldnt have raced to begin with. Yes, i enjoy what im doing. Racing cars is obviously a hobby that im fond of. The line between saying what happened and bragging is obviously very vague.

Down playing my car..... What should i of said??? I'm out driving a car that just got put back on the street. I'm doing it on skinny street tires... should i have warned people about how fast i thought my car was? I suppose me telling everyone my car was super fast would have been the right thing to do. Then if i got out ran because i was racing with my pants down, oh well. Then someone else could "brag" about the fast Silvia they out ran.

The line about 9 second cars and records nonsense. Pointing out the prestige of the local track was for the sole purpose of stating that columbus is a racing town and has a lot of people with fast cars. The track and the street are 2 different things. I know several cars here that are WAYYYY faster than mine. Most of them are old friends of mine. The point was that my car is in the upper class of what you're gonna find in the grocery store parking lot or in a mcdonalds drive thru. The % of 9-10... even 11 second cars just cruising around town is not that high. I'm comparing my car to what i see being driven on the street... not to what i could find at the strip.

also... you're making a big deal about " the little nissan ". My car is little... little is an adjective that accurately described my car. Little car... Little engine.... Little turbo appearantely.

Get your argument together guy.... first people are mad at me for acting like my car is faster than it is... now your mad because i downplayed it. Please sir, give me an example of the propper action to take.

"Proper action to take" would be to just go delete every post you've made.

There are so many holes in your side of the argument that it's best to just wipe the slate clean. You keep jumping back and forth and feeling like a "victim" in this whole thing, when in reality it's your own dumbass crap that got you into this place.

Delete posts, feel sorry for yourself, don't come back to IA, race some more 13 and 14 second Mustangs, then feel like a badass again.

I'm a bit too lazy to go back and delete post. I dont really see a reason to feel sorry for myself yet. Dont come back to IA??? come on now... That's harsh. I havnt said anything to you that a beer or 2 wouldnt erase.

I'm sure we'd get along fine in person. In fact, I'm not telling you to not come back to IA because I'm trying to look like a badass....you asked me what you should do, and I am telling you that because you've made it obvious that you can't handle what people here will say.

The thing is, the way you presented yourself, AND the story you told, just has way too many holes in it. So when people start questioning, you act like you're under attack. So much so, you even felt the need to make some Emo post in the Off Topic forum.

Don't post "kills" when you don't know anything about the cars you raced. "Supercharged Mustang" means nothing. From the sounds of it, these were stock 2v motors and probably making the same hp as you. As far as the KB DOHC car goes....I don't know what the hell was wrong with that, but it certainly didn't run like a typical DOHC KB car would.

Stop downplaying your car. You won.....there's no need to talk about how crappy your car was running, nor how bad the conditions were for you. Why would you CHOOSE to use the word "little" to describe your car? Even though it may be an accurate adjective about the car, the psychology behind actually USING that word is ricey......as if you are trying to make the car seem as underwhelming as possible, so it looks like David vs. Goliath anytime you race someone. Your car is highly modified and it's fast.....at this point, it doesn't matter what you started with, because once you're built and boosted the sky is the limit.

Also, you are on an import site. The Mustangs are the "underdogs" here, not you.

I understand the reasoning for questioning... the story sounds crazy. But the way i said it was pretty much the way it happened. Anyone there could tell you that my car died every single time it was sitting still.... I even stalled out on the highway. The tires.... im being honest. I'll show you a picture of the rubber im sitting on. Sand bagging.... I got the same accusations at the time the races happened. The mustang guys took turns riding with each other so they had the opportunity to gauge my car vs each others cars.... After seeing the differences in how my car ran each time, one of the guys was feeling around my piping looking for a nitrous line, when he didnt find one he started comparing the temps of the ICs thinking i had hidden my line somehow. I cant honestly tell you what either of these mustangs ran.... what i know i told you. Sohc with a centri blower. I didnt see it, but my friend told me it was huge. dohc with a KB screw. It is what it is... we all know what a KB is.

edit: ill never look at a mustang as an underdog.
