One of my best friends is a Nissan guy. he started with a 300zx then did a nx1600 + sr20 swap, then put that motor into a b13, then sold that and did another sr20 into an nx2000. It's too bad he sold the nx before we got to run. He ran 13.3 @ 108 or something. Could have been an interesting run. Fastest trap I've put down is 104, but I haven't taken the new motor to the strip yet. I'd expect to trap a little higher with the current setup. Especially after I get a real long tube race header & fully tune this motor.

What Mr. James means is I cant beat him anymore. On the contrary, though James says the sentra is cursed with the 200hp barrier which is true lol, the sentra is now about 200lbs lighter now. James, next time we run we will go from my 40 roll which you will burn your tires down the road, than we will go from your 3rd gear pull. Either way, Im gunna swing up there as I heard yall got a chip burner and my chipped ecu is still running off base map. On the other or 2nd or 3rd hand, if you did not have a passenger, tool box and three bodies in the trunk, than you would have beat me that night.

Nice +1. I have only been to the track once in my life. The first time on tiny spare sized tires was a 17.5 at 98 with a 3.7sec 60"foot lol. With the sentra broken from the first run, I took it easy on the 2nd run and ran 14.0 bouncing off the limiter in 3rd at 101.X. I lined up for a third run, though I ripped the shift linkage mount in half from the first run and lost 5th and reverse. So I got the guys in line to help me push the car around and went home. Honestly, with tires wider than 185mm, replacing 15yr old stock shocks and launching higher than 1500 rpm, I think it would have been much better. I have no idea what it could of pulled at the track as I'm inexperienced with drag racing and the sentra is configured to look like stock. Though the time I went to the track, was 10+whp less and about 150lbs heavier than I am now, Despite all my blabbering, I think from a 40 roll, I think I could be competitive in yalls class.

Yeah, drag isn't really my thing. Gutting cars really isn't my thing either, but my car is still a daily driver. Maybe when I pick up a nice daily, I'll consider gutting out the ep3.

For the record, I didn't ask James to look up what you had and tell me. I don't go around lookin up under people's cars or hiding in the bushes trying to find out what people have. It ain't that serious to me, but I will ask them what they have face to face b/c I'm a straightforward kinda guy. I like to talk about setups so I can learn from them and maybe share with them any useful info that I know.
