Hell man low 13's is good for a heavy truck. When I was stock turbo my boy use to kill me from a stop everytime in his lightening, that bitch would leap out like a frog from a stop. It looks just like yours silver and everything and I think it has a pully,exhaust,diablosport,intake and I believe he said that runs a low 13 or high 12's on street tires bout like yours.
