BTW, after that last time we talked in Steele, I put the stock shifter back in and went 9.4 in FLA and got booted after my first pass. Once I get it dialed in, I may go back to the sequential. My fuel pump died this past Friday while I was loading it onto the trailer to head to Reynolds for some TNT. I was sooo pissed. I'll have another one in a couple weeks.
Are you going to the DSM/EVO Shootout? If so, we have a couple people including myself, that will be attending. Let me know

not unless there's one SERIOUS port job in those ls6 heads and it'd have to have a bada$$ cam/tune to go with it. those are just the heads off a 02-04 c5 vette. great heads but not all that jazzy w/o some real real massaging on a c n c mill and prob have to have bigger valves too. ls2 heads flow more than these in any stock form

with a great tune prob put in the neighborhood of 380-410 if you get some longtubes imho

I thought the LS6 heads were also known as 243 heads which is on my car? Its the same heads on the LS2 engines that come in the 05/06 GTO (which is one of the main reasons why the 05/06 have the higher 50hp besides 6.0L right?)...and if i missed the longtubes part, I also have that installed.. sorry bout that..

Yes sir! We're staying at the Econolodge. We have a group of about 10 going. We are leaving on Friday morning, racing on Sunday, going to Cedar Point on Monday, and coming home Tuesday. This will be my 4th year going.

Sorry for jacking the thread. We'll take the rest to pm's.

Hell, I'll take a spot on the dyno. I doubt my car will do much more than 500whp though.

Is there still any spots available? I'd like to dyno my car to see what it would put down.
