How is it shady? He is WILLING to race you for NO MONEY. If you like running, then just go run him. You don't have to worry, dean is a straight up guy. His car is stock with a few bolt ons. It is kind of hard to get a race set up whether you have a car that is highly modded or a stockish car that people just assume is built... It's part of the game. Never tell anyone all of your business.
