Why shouldn't I brag about the price I built my motor at? It started out as a block, a head, and a bucket of parts in my garage and I put it together bolt by bolt. I take pride in doing things myself instead of paying others. I built my motor cheaply and 100% legit.

And for the record, I'm not ignorant to your argument that a K series can be built for under $12k, I'm ignorant to the fact that you claim that it would be a good investment vs. taking the money and put it towards a B series and save a little bit in the end. But, to each his own.
