50 confirmed people would bring the price down to 60 bucks per person. Add in the price for specatators and tech cards and it's very affordable.generally cost around 3-4k for about 6-8 hours!

if its $1200 i am willing to bet your only get the track, probably no prep, no consession stand, no clock or anything. i mean $1200 is pretty cheap for a trank to rent out for a day! but if it is thats cheap as hell!

I used to go to Commerce every weekend.
I'll go as long as it isn't cold as a bitch. It's a pain in the ass to keep up with the tune-up on the car with the weather changing all of the time.

Also I'm down to go to Commerce because they are closer to me by a lot but the thing is there are to many street tires dragging water onto the track there.
to rent a track it would have to be SDR
I'm fine going to Commerce for a regular TNT because if I can't hook there's always something to watch.
But, definitely not doing a track rental there.
Actually when you rent commerce the cost also covers the prep crew. meaning they will prep the track as needed. plus since it would be alot of people everyone knows it wont be like dumbass honda owners driving through the burnout box and taking water with them down the track. plus in generaly commerce is larger, and a nicer place in general!
