to rent a track it would have to be SDR
I'm fine going to Commerce for a regular TNT because if I can't hook there's always something to watch.Quote:

in all seriousness though im down for either. i would prefer SDR, but thats only because i love their prep work.
what about darlington down in sc, its only a 6 hour drive ;)
j/k btw
if you go to sdr on a saturday (once they start doing friday night tnt) there are usually only 15-20 cars running
I don't see anything mention for any Friday on their schedule :dunno:Quote:

steele is much cheaper than 3500-4000$ damn!
Yeah, this sounds like a complete waste of money. Most tracks have a base retal fee and then go up with the more poeple you have b/c they have to have more staff, PLUS the cost of a medic to be on site. Steele is like $20 on sunday and can usually provide you with as many runs as you want. Who honestly would want to pay to come see some people who just rented the track run? Sounds more like an event just without any excitement.
as long as you do it on a sat. i am in just let me know how much
That sounds good :goodjob:Quote:

I am just being realistic, you guys are going by assumptions rather than calling the track and getting a price and how they do things. My post was from what I have encountered, not what a buddies friends uncles sister told me the price was. Renting Steele is aaround a grand before medic and thats for 10 cars, the more cars the more the price goes up. The cost of the rental also depends on the day. Dont expect to pay rental and have free reign like you own the place.Quote:

the information we have gathered is from the guys over at atlanta performance and fab... it was their idea initially and they pitched it to us to see if we could get enough people interested...they have done it before and it wasnt that much cash and it was a pretty easy thing to set up after it was all said and done.Quote:

id be in, but the price would have to be close to what a t&t night is b/c i can get a shit ton of runs in on a normal t&t night
I think we were planning on going on a regular T&T day and just not announce it... shouldn't be more than 50 cars there anyways once the season gets going.Quote:

why is that?Quote:
