    This is the first time i have ever heard of this. When i bought my 03 cobra it was bone stock and it whinned like a lil bit** when we pulled the stock blower off we put a 3.2 whipple on it with a tune and it sounded ungodly i have heard and seen plenty of cobras that you can hear the blower on and they were bone stock

    Just adding an aftermarket intake will make the blower whine much louder.

    The second vid says the cobra is pulley and intake. Just the hood liner alone can almost completely cut out the blower sound. Either way it looks like the guy used a camera phone to record this maybe that's why.

    thats funny i just watched the 2nd vid i didnt see anything about any info on either the cobra or the gto. it is not possible for the hood liner to make a blower quiet enugh for one not to hear it the its at wot. if you would like proof of this i would be more than glad to meet you some where with a couple of different 03or 04 cobras and let you explain to me what is done to each car just by the sound of it. just watched all 3 vids i posted again thinking maybe im just tired and i put the wrong vid with the wrong title.the third vid may have been with a camara phone but it cleary stats BONE STOCK 03 COBRA and if you have speakers on your pc you can diff. hear the blower whine like you should on any 03 04 stock or not

    yea the guys that were there with the driver said it was pullied out. so i was guessing about 475 maybe but it also has 20" wheels i believe with low pros that i dont think hooked that well. and from what i have seen unless your buddy has a mod he did good to only get outrun by half a car. but there are alot of lt1's on here with the mod

    Yeah, the guy just really doesn't know what he's doing with that car. His parents money can only get him so far... His lt1 is stock with headers/clutch/shifter. It went 13.5 a while back with street tires. Strong for such little mods. I'm sure the cobra on the freeway would walk him though. I know what you mean about the mod, seems like everyone has that these days... lol

    LOL! There is always so much drama in this forum. Even with videos.

    I give you a pat on the back with a attaboy. You ran 2 relatively fast cars making you the under dog and you beat both of them. Now do it at the track again and make them look even slower.

    I would hope so V8>V6 lol if i loose its ok cause its a V6,but if I win than im a God cause I beat a V8.Win win situation lol.Thats my conclusion.....
