And you'd think that everyone would be able to do well from a roll, but you'd be surprised at how bad some people are at shift points and knowing what RPM they should be at from a start.

I don't know how much a 350Z weighs, but Cobras are heavy as hell. 3665lbs from the factory. I've raced some with 100rwhp more than me and been dead even. When I was bone stock, I raced Rick several times....he was making about 55 more rwhp than me, and no matter what speed we went from I pulled him 1.5+ cars.

If nothing else, you two should give it a few runs on the way to the track just for fun.


What makes the most difference in each race, in order:

Dig - Traction, Driver, torque, p:w
Roll - p:w, driver, aero (depending on the speed)

Gearing seems to have a pretty similar effect on both types.

Yeah man, I don't think you know how much difference that makes. With Driver, he's over 3800. Gonna take him around 50+rwhp to overcome the weight disadvantage.

since everyone thinks that you tune a car for nitrous let me enlighten you on something. you tune a nitrous kit for a car. if you dont wanna pull timing out because you cant afford to tune a car you put a wet kit on the car. then you put the right size pill for the shot of nitrous you want. then as far as the fuel you put a bigger pill in there to add more fuel so the car doesnt deadnate. everyone knows if you have enough fuel you dont have to pull timing out of a car.

while true to an extent their are some cars that have such advanced timing that this only compensates to a point b4 still becoming unsafe....but i have found out some people are using some old stang tricks from back in the day like a 'boost retard' from msd but using it for nos instead and some other sim ways instead of utec and other full tunes.....i do not, i say again i do not know what he is using or how bog of a shot or even if it is wet/dry but can only guess after seeing what he did to aaron's car and especially after he got traction and still couldnt reel him in or gain ground quickly

i have sprayed allota gas on my cars and there is noway he can tell me that is a fifty shot or the second run was all motor either im sure if he is spraying the car he is using a wet kit on it i would hope is is not sprying a dry kit and not leeting out of the gas and nitrous before he shifts
