However, try putting 205's on the back of your car, then somehow get the weight to transfer the wrong way when you hit the gas, giving the wrong tires more traction. It's a double negative that produces no positive result hah. Now you have the Golf's problem.
On DR's it would be much better, but from any speed below 60/70mph it'll still light them up like crazy
Yeah, I didn't realize he was on street tires. It's tough, I know. I can't get into mine until about 80+mph when it gets below 55 - 60 degrees. You just can't go WoT. But he should still be able to put a big hurtin' on 300whp cars even at half throttle until 100mph or whatever. Most cars weigh 3200+ lbs. So honestly, MOST cars would be so much slower he could easily just pussy foot it through half the race and be fine.

If you are talking to me....the higher speed, the better. My car doesn't even hit its peak HP in 2nd gear until about 75mph.

But I was just suggesting in general. Even though you can't go wide open, you should still be able to beat people with a lot less hp. We can line up if you want. I can't go WOT until about 80 or 90mph myself, when it's cold out.

yeah i would love to run you just to see how i stack up, prob. going to get outran! but thats not what its about for me i just like seeing fast cars! Most of the time if im running a guy i know i can beat i just use a higher gear say 3rd insted of 2nd. and just catch them on the top end.
