I was cutting 1.5's and running 10's in my AWD DSM, and the last 500whp RWD I drove at the track with MT's was cutting 1.5's and ran 11.06 too, so both can leave pretty hard. You have to have a multi disc clutch on either platform and load up the driveline before you leave. I've even cut 1.6's on BONE STOCK DSM's with bullshit ass tires that cost like $80/each. It's all in how you load up the driveline when you leave. RWD ultimately can leave harder, if it's set up right, but things need to set up properly. I'd say it's pretty even between these 2 cars though. Lack of seat time with either of them could be their downfall though.
