hey dumbass.....The s281 is a glorified gt mustang...with a different air box and a freakn' body kit. Thats all. The s281 is putting down the same damn horsepower ON A DYNO as a stock mustang GT is. Give or take 5-10 horsepower. Which on a dyno a 99-2004 will put approx. 255-265 horsepower to the wheels. And they weigh in at like 4k. Thats a heavy ass car. Some of the SRT-4's have been know IN A 4 cylinder i mind you, have been known to easly get in the high 200 horsepower range. If that is the case. You take a lighter car with as much horsepower and yes it can do more damage then that big ass V8. All the saleens are over rated as they sit. You pay 45000k + for the same horsepower. So what are you buying, a freakn' Name!! Paul (Admin) can tell you we walked a Mustang gt, with aftermarket exhaust and a H-pipe on the highway. And im not talking barely. Im talking we started behind his ass, then pulled up beside him, I waved and We kept leaving him. So yes you are under estimating the whole fucking situation. So next time when you decide you want to waste someones fucking time. Think about what your saying before you type it. Ass!!

Gt's dont even come close to 255~265 at the wheels ,unless it has every bolt there is out there on it..As far as weight..They are not even CLOSE to 4k pounds.

Mine with everything on it,8 point roll cage,heavier that stock rims,1/2 tank of gas,and me in it is only 3610..

Lastly the 05's is a completely different beast.different engine.
It makes about 260rwhp stock..With minor bolt ons it makes a easy 285+rwhp n/a.

BAsed on what you know about stangs.Im sure you could have just raced a 6 cyl with a dual exhaust kit on it and thought it was a gt...There are a few of those running around..

well since were on the subject of mustangs....lets see here my plate on the side of my mustang WHICH IS A V6 mustang says it weighs in at 3600lbs. Now if im not mistaken a v8 would probably be weighing in a tad bit more then that. so yeah my math is right on that. and as far as the dyno's my best friend owns a stock v8 gt mustang, and he had it dynoed and it dynoed on a hot day at 255 to the wheels stock. His has a 2001 i dont know if they changed anything between 99-2004 except the years....
