I have been going out on Barret for years...like I am talking 4 or 5....
Never really had any problems withbut they will run you out of parking lots from time to time. The catch is.....go to starbucks and give them your business by buying something, THEN the cops cant say anything b/c you are a paying customer. Works for me every time. Well....and because I am a female.
The import scence is decent to me.....better than most cities.
Its just a problem when douche faces come out there and try to race.They seem to ruin it for everyone. TAKE IT TO THE TRACK!!!!! Or atleast the interstate!
