I might be wrong but I think the cooler the air the more power you make .
And if you are gonna keep putting money in that thing, you should invest in an ignition system and some good plugs/wires.

problem is when u have denser air it blows out plugs that are gapped .45 for 100 degree IATs.

    proof of your ignorance.

It has to do with cylinder pressure. Why do you think us F/I guys have to run a smaller gap? Its not because we dump fuel on it. Dont tell me a colder, denser charge wont increase it.

and again how in the hell do you get blow out with a relitivly stock car with hp well below 500hp. ive never seen them blow out with anything less that 500hp. and cylinder pressure is after the spark ignites the charge ...

This isnt like F&F where you can babble off some random crap on a stock car have half the world believe you...

wow you are unbelievable. If you have a tuning log, check your MAP logs of during july and now. Without doing anything to the car your hitting cells +4 to even +12 over what you were originally hitting in the dead heat.

As far as my plugs skipping up top, proof is in the pudding. If you have hptuners or anyone on this forums can verify. (I know collins' tuner has the software)

    Before Plug Change

    After Plug Change

Just incase you dont and you want someone to verify.

Before the plug change shows where my car was skipping above 5,000 rpm. ( have 7000 rpm to play with)

From 0-100 it dropped my time down by OVER 2 seconds.

All i did was change my plugs and gap them lower. Keep in mind i bought those original BKR7Es a month ago so they had no time to foul. Hell i still have em. They look ok, but might as well buy new ones if its only 8 bucks.

Also how the hell do you have spark blow out with fuel if you didnt change the IFR? Im fuel injected, not carbeurated. Why dont you gap your plugs +5-+10 over what you normally would and tell me what happens? You didnt change the fuel/timing.... so what must it be?

No F&F to it. You just sputter shit out of your mouth like you know something. Besides, when you actually going to run me with your 300+ hp of goodness vs my stock cavalier?

If you buy 4 plugs for $8 that might be your problem, what plugs are you running ? I will only run GM plugs and wires, but I'm not making any power so...

BTW not trying to be an a$$, but I pay more than that for 2 plugs

and again how it the hell are you having spark blow out on a stock cavlier... ive never seen it below 500hp... and why the Fawk are you paying $2 for a spark plug... maybe thats your problem... im not going to DL anything you post up, why cant you post up screen shots of your logging...and supposed spark blow out... oh and your HPtuners terms and the way it works doesnt apply to call cars... and you know what about gap... i changed my plug and you know what the smallest gap change was 10 over the stock range... and i wasnt having any idling issue or High RPM "spark blow out."
