    Actually, that's not true. The North American 2.2L/2.4L all came with a plastic intake manifold. The Saab based 2.0L has never seen a plastic manifold. Not even on the turbo Saabs do they share a plastic IM. GM isn't that dumb for running a plastic manifold on a turbo car. They never have. I can at least give GM credit on that part.

    K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.

    oh **** i was thinking on the 2.4 and the 2.2. non-the-less. you still spend 20k+ on a cobalt you fail.
