How come every come back is about him getting in a fight and what happened in court? That has nothing to do with the scene. Have the race, pay the debt owed to the winner, shake hands, it's over...
About the not paying part, 3rd party would be a good idea. Why not also put down some back-out money on both parties part. (that way if one doesn't show up he is not wasting his time completely?) I understand that he talks a lot of crap... But ppl are getting so stirred up about it... Honestly about two-three months ago this section of IA was pretty dead... I remember when I first started lurking about two years ago before I signed up there was always action in the kills forum... Maybe he is the one to stir up enough trouble for it to start getting big again... Just my .02
