even a 12.5 is hard to believe for a showroom condition evo. best i could find on youtube was a 13.1... and that looked like a really clean run!

i swear i'm not trying to be an evo hater, because i know there are quite a few out there that will hold their own to damn near anything else on the road. a couple of which reside on this board. i'm just sayin stock for stock, i dont see how evos are all THAT great for the price you pay.

The fastest times I've been able to find was a 13.1 - 13.3. This was done at ATCO one of the fastest tracks in the country because its rumored to be shorter than 1320 feet. To be honest it doesn't matter what his stock times were. This guy has major delusions of grandeur. Read some of his old posts... everytime he goes to the track he brags about how his mods have picked up his car.

I told him we could do it at the track for 1k. Hell I will even put up $1200 to his $1000. That covers his gas, time lost and the winnings.


Hell collins, my car only trapped like 109 so I don't see why he wouldn't yank me all over the track.

Seems like EASY money to me. I even got beat by a BONE STOCK AUTOMATIC 2.73 GEARED C5 Vette. I made sure plenty of people saw that one too.
