There was many other options that would have been a much better suited car for someone that cared about those things for around that same price range. Hell I only gave 23k for my GTO and it has less than 9k miles on it when I bought it.
I think him being overweight, combined with the low testosterone and what not is what made him make a decision to buy such a feminine car. I mean... there's not a single person in this world that honestly thinks that a neon has any redeeming factors or any sort of qualities that scream "manly". I mean some people don't care about those things I guess. They are the kind of people that ride around in 15 second rice burners that sound horrible.... and the kind of people that buy 350z's.
Who cares how "manly" a car is? As long as it get you from point "A" to Point "B" its fine.

dude who fucking cares what ppl think about you and your ride i have a 89 festiva i drive sometimes. and it not because i cant afford anything it cause that car averages around 45 mpg if drove proper. and about the neon comment i got friend with a gay neon that will walk all over your a$$. just because it a neon dont mean sh!t. i hope you race stillaneon and he walks all over your a55
